RESHAPE Annual Meeting 2026

Cheney Room, Engineering Hall | University of Wisconsin–Madison

Join UW–Madison faculty, students, RESHAPE member companies, and invited industry guests for the first annual RESHAPE meeting. The program will highlight current research in energy storage and electrification, showcase student projects, and create opportunities for industry–university collaboration.

Invited non-members are welcome for the morning program and student poster session. RESHAPE members and faculty will continue with lunch. Let us know in advance if you would like to meet with any individual faculty member in the afternoon.

Location

The annual meeting will be held in the Cheney Room in Engineering Hall on the UW–Madison campus. Presentations and lunch will take place in the same room.


Parking Information

Parking will be available at Union South or Lot 17. The

The Union South lot is convenient for visitors staying at or arriving near Union South.

Engineering Lot 17 is convenient for local commuters and a short walk to Engineering Hall.

RESHAPE members will receive a parking pass before the meeting. Invited non-member guests should follow the parking instructions provided with their registration or invitation.

Please allow extra time for campus traffic, parking, and walking to the Cheney Room in Engineering Hall.


Lodging

Attendees may stay at Union South or another nearby hotel. The Best Western InnTowner provides a shuttle to the engineering campus. https://inntowner.com/
